Listening in Stillness, Serving in Joy!

Get Involved with the School:

Volunteering
Each class and group in our School needs volunteers to lead a prayer, or share a reading, (poems, etc.), or facilitate a book discussion, or guide the contemplative practice.
Workshops on many aspects of contemplative living help our friends grow. Over the first 12 years of our School we have created over 100 workshops, as people like you donated your gifts for teaching and leading.
Retreats on contemplative prayer practices and compassion practices have deepened our participants' inner lives and strengthened their commitments to compassionate service. Every retreat needs a facilitator and team members to help organize, offer tech support, and serve as greeters or discussion facilitators.
Our School needs people like you to work in advisory and active service capacities for programming and planning of our annual contemplative conference.
If you are ready to help out in any of these ways, contact us at livingschool12@gmail.com.
Donating
Non-profits always need supporting friends who believe in what we offer and support our mission each month to sustain our service and help keep our weekly groups free.
Our monthly budget is $6000. The Rayne United Methodist Church supports us with $1000/month. We depend on donations and class fees to raise the remaining $5000/month.
If you are able to donate to the School, we need your financial support:

Our non-profit sponsor is the Rayne United Methodist Church, so to support our mission:
